Taught physical education and coached basketball (Varsity 1964-1975) and football Athletic Director at LHS for more than 20 years.
A member and past president of the Massachusetts Secondary School Athletic Directors Association.
chairman of the State Retired Athletic Directors Association.
A member of the State Basketball and State Football Coaches Associations.
A charter member of the Central Massachusetts Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame.
Assigned all officials to the Central Mass District Basketball Tournaments.
A member of the Central Mass football Tournament Committee.
Awarded Central Massachusetts Athletic Director of the Year in 1985 and 1986.
Awarded National Interscholastic Athletic Administrator’s State Awarded of merit – 1996
The Central Mass Division | Football MVP Award was named after Ted Damko.
