LHS Graduate – Class of 1959
Won the State title in the 100 yd. Breaststroke in 1958 & 1959
Captain of the 1959 Swim team & Baseball team
Undefeated in the 100 yd. Breaststroke in 1957, 1958 & 1959
Swam Butterfly, Backstroke & Freestyle Individual Medley as needed

Went to the 1954 Nationals at Yale University at the age of fourteen withCoach Bob Gross, where all the swimmers were college students or graduates. There were twenty-eight countries with the top swimmers in the world.
1959 Swim team captured the Swim Crown.
Swim Team honored by the Lodge of Elks for being State Champions.
Coached and dedicated 20 years for girls softball in Leominster.
