- Coached Mid-Watch Division 1 Championships – 1987, 1988, 1990, 1991
- Central Mass Division 1 Championships – 1987 & 1988
- LHS Career Record – 176 wins – 72 losses
- Elected into the Mass State Coaches Association Hall of Fame – 1995

- Established softball clinics and camps at Hudson, MWCC, Franklin Pierce University & Fitchburg State University
